Mao long, the only national brand innovation park in the country.
Beijing Maolong Cultural Industry Creative Park, formerly known as the three-room warehouse for foreign trade, was built in 1964. It used to be an abandoned brick kiln. After covering warehouses and a series of renovations, it formed the first well-known traditional crafts storage, distribution, packaging and export base in China.
The land used for warehouse was originally allocated by the government, but in July 2002 it was converted to warehouse land authorized by the government. During the transformation of the park, many historical traces such as the low-rise old warehouse, the mottled cracked ground and the old wall painted with historical slogans have been retained. Relying on the advantages of low-density buildings in the park, a large area of greening public areas has been planned, which makes the space between the buildings no longer seem empty. While leaving behind the original features of the old factory area, the overall effect of the park is quite minimalist. Architectural features.
Since its reopening in 2005, Maolong has been operating at No. 1 Sanjianfang East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing for 13 years. Located at the core of CBD - Dingfuzhuang International Media Corridor, Sanjiandong Road is close to the branches of Beijing University of Science and Technology, China Media University and Beijing Second Foreign Studies University. The park is adjacent to the Batong Metro Line in the South and the Second Expressway in the Capital Airport in the north. It has convenient transportation and parking.
